I was asked to deliver a new campaign concept for Keech Hospice Care's retail shops. The goal of this campaign was to provide shops with a sense of seasonality and raise a smile while encouraging people to donate goods.

Using a 'smile model', we positively influenced consumers attitudes towards a brand by inducing joy. When you make someone smile with your campaign, it makes you more memorable and the audience more engaged, resulting in a more positive outcome.
